Booking and Payment

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made 90 days before the check-in date, there shall be no retention levied by the hotel.

For cancellations made 30 days before the check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total deposit inclusive of taxes as retention.

For cancellations made 7 days before check-in date or incase of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the individual 100% retention for the entire booking period.
